PureDepth, Inc, formerly Diamond One, Inc. is a technology and licensing company focused on the visual display experience. The Company’s business is the development, marketing, licensing and support of its Multi-Layer Display (MLD) technology and related products and services. MLD technology utilizes two or more liquid crystal display (LCD) panels that are stacked and separated by actual depth. PureDepth technology has application in industries and markets where flat panel monitors and displays are utilized.
