American Mold Guard

American Mold Guard, Inc. provides long-term antimicrobial protection on exposed surfaces. The Company is focused on providing mold prevention services to builders of single and multi-family homes, as well as infection control services designed to eliminate and control the existence of harmful microbes on surfaces within healthcare facilities and other institutions. As of December 31, 2006, the Company had provided its mold prevention service to over 500 national and regional single and multi-family home builders through 16 service centers located in California, Florida, Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana. Its clients include national home builders, such as Lennar Corporation, DR Horton, Inc. and Centex, Inc., regional home builders, such as Issa Homes, Inc. and Lenox Homes and multi-family home builders, such as The Hanover Company, Bosa Development and Opus West Construction, Inc.
