quick look at charts

Now here is something that common sense told me.

If the stock price has fallen,

And it has been low for some time
And the volume has suddenly increased.

Ask yourself why?

If a stock tanked 2 or 3 years ago and the volume suddenly spikes.

WHY?

A.. Some just discovered 3 years later their stock tanked and they are selling.
B.. Some insider(s) learned it is about to go up and want to get in on it.

Something to remember: IF THE PRICE IS GOING UP ALONG WITH THE VOLUME BE CAUTIOUS, THE VOLUME IS DRIVING THE STOCK PRICE UP. NOT SO GOOD.

VERY OFTEN THE THE PRICE STAYS FLAT AS THE VOLUME CLIMBS, GOOD.
IF YOU CAN BULK UP WHILE THE PRICE IS LOW YOU COULD MAKE OUT VERY WELL WHEN IT SPIKES.

ASK YOURSELF WHY INCREASED BUYING WHEN THE PRICE HAS BEEN LOW FOR YEARS?
TRACK A FEW OF THESE EVENTS , I DID......

ROUGHLY 1 OUT OF 6 HIT
